1. About Mint Force AI
Mint Force AI ("we", "us") provides desktop software that helps freelancers and agencies find local business leads, generate AI-assisted website copy samples, and send compliant cold outreach emails. The software runs on your own computer, using your own API keys; your leads and client data stay on your machine.
2. Merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles returns.
3. License
An active subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Mint Force AI software on devices you control, for your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or share your license key. Each subscription tier defines usage limits (such as daily email caps) described on our pricing page.
4. Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
5. Acceptable use
You are responsible for using the software lawfully, including compliance with the email and anti-spam laws of your country and your recipients' countries (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR). The software enforces sending limits and includes unsubscribe mechanics, but legal responsibility for the messages you send rests with you. You are also responsible for complying with the terms of the third-party services you connect (Google, Gmail, Anthropic, and others).
6. Third-party services and costs
The software operates with API keys you obtain from third parties (such as Google and Anthropic). Their fees are separate and payable by you directly to those providers. We are not responsible for changes to third-party pricing, quotas, or availability.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, replies, or clients. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the software is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
