1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If Mint Force AI isn't right for you, you can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

2. Renewals

Renewal payments are refundable if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and have not made substantial use of the software in the new billing period. To avoid unwanted renewals, you can cancel any time before your renewal date and keep access until the period ends.

3. How to request a refund

Email rakib.hasan01470@gmail.com from your account email with your order number (found in your Paddle receipt), or reply directly to your Paddle receipt email. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days.

4. Third-party costs

Fees you pay directly to third-party providers (such as Google or Anthropic API usage) are outside our control and are not refundable by us.

5. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
