Privacy Policy

1. The short version
Mint Force AI is privacy-first by design. The desktop software stores your leads, emails, and client data in a local database on your own computer. We never receive or store that data. We only process the minimum account information needed to run your subscription.
2. What we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address and authentication data (managed by Supabase). When you subscribe, payment is processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record — we never see your full card details. Our license server records your subscription status and a device identifier used to verify your license.
3. What we do NOT collect
We do not collect, upload, or have access to: the business leads you find, the websites you analyse, the emails you send or receive, your Gmail contents, or your third-party API keys. All of that stays on your machine.
4. How we use your information
We use account data to authenticate you, verify your subscription, provide support, and send essential service emails (such as receipts and important product notices). We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
5. Service providers
We rely on: Paddle.com (payments and invoicing), Supabase (authentication and account database), and Vercel (website hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy policy and appropriate data-processing terms.
6. Data retention and deletion
Account data is retained while your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing us; we will delete it within 30 days except where retention is legally required (such as tax records held by Paddle).
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
The website uses only essential cookies needed for login sessions and checkout. We do not use advertising trackers.
